Is the trial activated instantly?
No. Submit a request and OneLab will contact you before manually provisioning a 7-day trial.
Are reports limited by plan?
No. Finalized reports are unlimited on Basic, Growth and Advanced.
Does OneLab work with every analyzer?
No. Analyzer Integration is Advanced-only and requires a compatibility assessment. Current maturity is a controlled Mindray BC-20S pilot.
What happens when a trial ends?
The trial enters a seven-day read-only/export grace period. Data is retained and is not automatically deleted.
Is support staffed 24×7?
No. Published support levels are business-hours based. The 24-hour commitment applies to verified software issues under the Support Policy.
